CHANGED YOUR MIND? 

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase you are welcome to return it  for a 'no questions asked' refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your purchase, unless it is faulty or has been damaged in transit.

Please include a note in your parcel including your name, email address and order number.

If you are returning a store purchase please bring your receipt. Without a receipt a credit note may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Please note that all delivery costs are non refundable. 

Please ensure returns are in the original packaging, in a saleable condition and you return them using a tracked postal service to:

DAMAGED? 

On receipt of your online order please check it carefully and notify me immediately of any damages, so I can put it right as soon as possible;
